The City of Baudette adopted a revised zoning ordinance in 2006.
The Baudette Planning Commission consists of five members appointed by the City Council. Each member serves a 3-year term. The Zoning Administrator is an ex-officio member of the commission. The Planning Commission meets the Thursday prior to the regular council meeting at 5:00 pm in the Council Chambers.
